Question
: I just placed an order, and when I am directed back to the Shabby Shoppe, I see a message that my order number is invalid. What can I do?
Answer : Unfortunately, this happens from time to time when PayPal or our credit card processor does not communicate with our shopping cart system as quickly as they should. The GOOD NEWS is that this is almost always corrected (automatically) within less than two minutes or so. At that time, you should receive your email receipt (unless it ends up in a spam folder), and be able to log in to your Shoppe account and download your order. We do apologize for this inconvenience and wish there were something we could do about it on our end :o( If your order is not available for download (login to your account to find your order and download links) within twenty minutes of processing the payment, then please contact us and we will help you as soon as possible :o)
