Answer : Absolutely! Well...let's be more specific - LOL! You may alter the color and size, as well as embellish or take away from. However, you may not alter them and then claim them as your own. One of the coolest things about digi scrapping is the ability to edit and manipulate items...so - have fun and take advantage of that :)
